Fawn Hill is an awesome venue to hold private events and to gather with those who share your vibe. Our venue is available for rent Thursday through Sunday, 8am to 8pm. 

 

Private parties under 30 people:

$125 per hour (minimum 4-hour rental)     

*BYOB (beer, wine, cider, seltzer) - renters are liable for their guests’ consumption and behavior. No liquor allowed, unless hiring a certified & insured bartender to serve alcoholic beverages.

 

Private parties between 30-60 people:

$150 per hour  (minimum 4-hour rental)      

*BYOB (beer, wine, cider, seltzer) - renters are liable for their guests’ consumption and behavior. No liquor allowed, unless hiring a certified & insured bartender to serve alcoholic beverages.

 

Private parties between 60-90 people:

$175 per hour (minimum 4-hour rental)        ​

A Non-refundable down payment of $150 is due to secure the reservation at the time of booking. A Security Deposit of $200 will be added to the balance and returned after the event, unless damages were incurred. Full payment (rental + security deposit) is due 30 days prior to the event.

Additional Rentals:

 

Hopyard tours (groups/classes/etc.): $15 per person.

Get a group of your favorites together (10 ppl +) for a 2-hour tour.  June through September.

BYOB (beer, wine, cider, seltzer) and BYOS (snacks)!

 

Photo Shoots (& other similar activities): $100 per hour.

June through September.

All renters must be willing to sign a rental contract, must agree to the terms, and must provide a down payment to reserve the date. Rental fee includes: all three areas noted below, numerous seating options, cornhole, on-site parking, on-site restrooms, refuse, and access to water and electric. Bring your own food/beverage or hire a caterer or food/dessert truck (no permits needed). Our Tasting Room is handicap accessible. Depending on the size of the event or if you want the event to specifically occur in the Hop Yard, we are open to a rain date, pending availability.

 

As we live on the property, please understand that we will be present on site at all times and can assist if needed, however will also respect your privacy.
